Single and dual box-handling
Equip your Elite Robots cobot arm with the best suction grippers on the market and start performing your palletizing and depalletizing tasks. It supports both single and dual vacuum cups and can handle up to 7 boxes per minute (in single mode) and 14 boxes per minute (in dual mode).

Unboxing
Cobot arm
Elite Robots CS620 (60kg weight; 1882mm length; Ø240mm footprint), CS625 (58kg; 1789mm; Ø240mm), or CS530H (58kg; 1882mm; Ø240mm) robot arm. Standard IP65, upgradeable to IP68.
Base and controller
Based on a modular concept, the CP Series palletizing solution integrates two alternative bases with telescopic or fixed columns and independent and easy-to-maintain control units for the arm and system.
Operating station
Adjustable stand with the regular, IP54-rated ERP400 teach pendant (12.1" full-touch screen, 5.5m cable). The ERP400S teach pendant with 3-mode enable key for enhanced safety is available optional.
