The RH14-10-W (PRO) Arc Welding Robots are specialized for welding 0.6-6mm thin-walled pipe fittings. The system features a compact G4S electric cabinet with an integrated welding machine design, operating on a single-phase 220V power supply with built-in UPS and power regeneration support. Standard components include the CRP-DS350-L welding power supply, a 350A air-cooled welding torch, a teaching device with a 6-meter cable, an operation box, and a full wire feeder assembly. The robot excels in performance with ultra-low splash capabilities and advanced pulse functions, ensuring stable arcing and constant melting depth to deliver high-quality, uniform, and smooth fish scale welds.
